Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 3  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. 

You will receive notification when your order has shipped. 

 

We currently offer the following shipping options:

 

Complimentary standard shipping on all orders to,

  • Australia

Flat-rate international shipping, calculated and displayed at checkout to,

  • New Zealand, United States, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong & Canada (United Kingdom - coming soon)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier conditions.

 

Duties & Taxes 


International orders may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the destination country. 

 

For shipments to the United States, duties and taxes are paid prior to delivery, with an allowance included in our pricing. In rare cases, additional charges may apply based on local customs assessment.

 

For Canada, Japan and Singapore, duties and taxes are typically applied by local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Shipments to New Zealand and Hong Kong are generally not subject to duties, subject to local regulations.

 

While we work closely with our logistics partners, delivery delays outside our control may occasionally occur.

We process all orders within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 3 business days of arriving in stock.

 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with full order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our concierge team for assistance.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Alezane cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to address errors provided at the time of purchase.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the original order value (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded, and you will be invited to place a new order.

 

Unpaid Duties & Returns
For international orders outside of the United States, if a shipment is returned due to unpaid duties or customs charges, the order will be refunded once the item has been received back in its original condition.

An administrative handling fee of $30 AUD may be applied to cover return and processing costs.

Refunds Policy

Refunds Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unmarked, and returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and accompanying materials intact.

 

All return requests are subject to assessment upon receipt to ensure these conditions are met. 

 

For returns accepted under these conditions, a $30 administrative handling charge will apply to cover inspection, processing, and restocking. Any applicable fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

Where a return is accepted due to a verified manufacturing fault or defect, no administrative charge will apply, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

 

If your item arrives damaged, or you believe it to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible at concierge@alezane.com.au, including your order number and clear photographs of the item’s condition. Each case is assessed individually, and we will work with you to reach a fair and appropriate resolution.

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to a verified fault or defect. We recommend using a tracked service, as items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorised, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within 15 days.
