Every Alezane release is produced in considered quantities rather than mass-market volume. Before a bag goes into production, we settle the details that matter most — design, colourway, leather character, finish — and hold every batch to that standard. Where a section of hide doesn't meet it, it's set aside, and the batch size follows from what's left.
This isn't about scarcity. It's about attention: a batch size we can genuinely oversee, refined over time as we and our customers learn what's working.
